				This will be the artist management section of Rubyz Sunz Entertainment. From here, artists that are signed to Rubyz Sunz Recordz  will be “managed” on the affairs of the business, as well as, the performance aspects of it. Every artist will learn how to conduct and carry themselves during interviews, as they are not just representing themselves, but every aspect of Rubyz Sunz Entertainment. In our goals to create great music, we will strive to impress a positive influence on both our artists and the environment in which we live.
					A skilled management team, as well as, key personnel will run our business. Rubyz Sunz promotional program will be designed to bring in new customers to entice industry consumers to provide information to existing customers. The company will put together press kits for consumer publications and Internet communities. Management will help establish relationships with industry professionals (musicians, music label execs, stylists, photographers, models, fashion designers and various promotional businesses); these relationships will help broaden the sales and recognition of and for Rubyz Sunz. Management will also create and maintain a mailing list of existing customers for targeted promotional mailings. Rubyz Sunz will offer lower priced events through the company’s own marketing promotional piece.
